Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Estimate: Shipping to the United Kingdom takes between 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Delays may happen due to customs or local postal services.

3. Multiple Packages: If you buy different items, they may come from different international suppliers. Therefore, you might receive your order in separate packages at slightly different times.

4. Customs & Import Taxes: Since items ship internationally, your package may be subject to import duties or VAT by UK customs (HMRC). The customer is the Importer of Record and is fully responsible for these local charges.
