Return and Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date of your item to request a return and refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. CRITICAL RETURN RULE: DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender's address printed on the package. That is an international warehouse and your return will be lost. You must email valentinwmuniz@gmail.com to get our authorized return address.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items: If your product arrives defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the shipping label. We will send a full refund or a free replacement.

4. Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, the item enters our automated shipping system and cannot be stopped.
