Exchange Policy

1. Sizing and Preferences: Since products are shipped internationally, we strongly advise customers to check our size guides before purchasing. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item for an exchange, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
